Q: What was one of your favorite qualities of Dorothy?
A: Our condolences & love to Uncle Gene, Yvonne, Gene, grand children, great grandchildren and numerous other family members who have been blessed by the love of a wonderful wife, mother, sister, sister in-law & beloved aunt.
We have all been benefactors of the grace, love, humility & kindness she shared through out her life.
My daughter, Camille recently shared a memory of the love & kindness that Aunt Dot showered upon her during the wake & funeral for our mother & her grandmother and Rob recently remarked that Aunt Dot had the kindest eyes.
Some of my earliest memories were visits to Brassua Lake with Uncle Gene & Aunt Dot & views of the Kennebec River from their backyard during our visits to Concord.
With Love & gratitude for Aunt Dot’s grace, love, humility & kindness
Rick, Kate & family

Q: What will you never forget about Dorothy?
A: Uncle Gene, Yvonne, Gene and family,
Aunt Dot was always at the center, the heart of whatever was going on! She might have been quiet at times, but she was definitely right there in the middle of things! Cooking, stirring, baking, cleaning, she could always be found in the kitchen! She didn’t know the word idle! And also keeping an eye on the children.
My favorite memories are visiting in Concord, or when your family came to visit in Waterville. Just great times to grow up back then; simple and fun!
And of course Holiday Gatherings at Meme’ and Pepe’ Fournier’s!
I remember remarking at her dedication when she took her numerous trips from Orrington to Farmington area to visit her own mother and family members.
She was such a special, kind soul to everyone she met.
Heaven surely has a new Angel to welcome into the fold!
Aunt Dot truly was a blessing and great role model for me and my brothers and sisters!

Dad, Yvonne, and Gene,
Condolences on the loss of your wife and mother. I have great memories of her from the first time that I met her on Maid Marion Lane (1973) to your move to Swetts Pond Road. The last time that I saw her was when she and Yvonne came to my mom’s visiting hours in 2012. I have thought of all of you often. May happy memories bring you comfort at this sad time.
May she Rest In Peace,
Mary Agnew-Welch
