Obituary of Steven Dennis Davis
Bradley & Orrington - Steven D. Davis, 68, passed away Aug. 24, 2024 at his home in Bradley surrounded by his family after a very long illness. He was born Feb. 11, 1956 in Bangor, the son of the late Stanley C. and Christine B. (Brown) Davis.
Steven attended school in Orrington and worked in the woods for many years as an equipment operator with Dale Henderson and Martin Larsen. He loved hunting, fishing, camping and his dogs.
Surviving are two sisters, Eva Boutaugh and her husband, Mark of Bradley and Katherine King and her husband, Wayne of Corinth; one step daughter, Lisa Dennis and her husband Darin of Eddington; one stepson, Eric Cartwright of Florida; one step granddaughter, Kayla Savnelli and two step great grandchildren, Enzo and Nina Savnelli; special niece and nephews Mark Ryder, Rhonda Ryder and Patrick Boutaugh; many nieces, nephews and cousins. Steven was predeceased by his wife, Pamela J. Cartwright-Davis and by two brothers, Stanley Davis and Martin Larsen. His family gratefully thanks the staff of Northern Light Hospice for their care.
A graveside service will be held 1:00 PM Saturday, Sept. 21, 2024 at Evergreen Cemetery, Bradley. Messages and memories of Steven may be shared with his family on the tribute wall of kileyandfoley.com.
