Joyce H. Kennedy
Eddington - Joyce H. Kennedy died Friday, April 22, 2022 at Advent Health Hospital in Zephryhills, FL. She was born July 16, 1944 in Winterport, ME to Floyd Edmonds and Dorothy (Alley) Hamilton.
She graduated from Bangor High School and Husson College and she worked for many years at Sears, then part time after retirement for Downeast Toyota.
She was predeceased by her husband of 47 years, Bruce N. Kennedy. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Stacey and Tom Seymour of Brewer; her son and daughter-in-law, Shaun and Lori Kennedy of Biddeford; grandchildren, Ryan Seymour, Whitney Seymour, and Shayleigh Kennedy; 2 great-granddaughters; sister, Carole Viel of Madison, CT; half sisters, Holly Edmonds of Wells ME and Joanne Weiss of Fredrick, MD.
Family and friends may visit 4 -7 PM, Tuesday, May 10, 2022 at Kiley & Foley Funeral Service, 69 State St, Brewer. A private burial will be at Evergreen Cemetery, Milbridge, Maine. For those who wish, memorial donations may be made to Joyce’s charities, the Alzheimer’s Association HERE, or American Heart Association HERE.
