Obituary of Herbert J. Heal

Herbert J. Heal, Sr., 73, husband of Blanche E. Heal, went to be with the Lord unexpectedly Oct. 16, 2019 at his home in Kenduskeag. He was born Aug. 29, 1946 in Milo, the son of Roger and Florilla (Seavey) Heal, Sr.

Herb, as he was known, worked for CE Noyes Tire Co. and for Stratham Tire as a commercial tire technician for many years. He was a man who loved to help anyone in need and never asked for help. He loved his family and made sure they always had what they needed. Herb enjoyed feeding his birds and walking his property noting any signs of wildlife that had been present. He was an amazing man that we all counted on and whom will be greatly missed by everyone who know him.

Surviving in addition to his wife of Kenduskeag are three children, Tracy Stevens and her husband, Gary, Angel Casavant and her husband, Kevin and Herbert Heal, Jr. and his wife, Mary all of Corinth; eight grandchildren, Ashley Stevens, Britany Malnaa, Kailey Desrosiers, Autumn Desrosiers, Devin Heal, Gabe Hedger-Patterson, Bailey Heal-Hedger and Joshua Taylor; two great grandchildren, Rose Malnaa and Aiden Desrosiers; three brothers, Wayne Heal of Dexter, Roger Heal, Jr and Lewis Heal both of Sebec; two sisters, Noreen Smith of Milo and Judy Morse of Abbott; several in-laws and extended family.  He was predeceased by his parents and by his stepfather, Peter Blair and by two brothers, David Seavey and Nolan Heal.
