Valerie M. Roy
Bangor - Valerie Marie Roy, a resident of Stillwater Health Care, has died Oct. 2, 2019 after a long illness. Valerie was born April 3, 1932 in Campellton, New Brunswick, Canada, the daughter of the late Edmond and Olive (Guitar) Roy.
Valerie spent most of her life as a caregiver and enjoyed reading, being out in nature and taking walks with her beloved Rondo. She is predeceased by a brother Albenie Roy and a sister Marcella Roy. Valerie will be forever remembered by her daughter, Evelyn Hirschfelt and her son, Allen Albert and his wife Patty; her grandchildren Anthony Veneziano, Ryan Albert and Terry Ashlock. At her request there will be no viewing or services. A memorial burial service will be held at the Mount Hope Cemetery.
