Obituary of Rachelle Aldana Watson

Levant & Bangor--Rachelle "Terry" A. Watson left our earthly home to join her heavenly family on Christmas night, Dec. 25, 2016, at the age of 83. Terry will be remembered as a charming lady whose big, beautiful heart, warm smile and dancing eyes assured her family and friends they were dearly special and deeply loved. She was a busy homemaker and mom, who joined the workforce after her children were school age. Her friendly, helpful ways were well suited as a waitress at the M&M Coffee Shoppe, cafeteria server at South Campus of UMO and receptionist and switchboard operator for EMMC Family Practice. Terry loved music, singing, and dancing. She was a lively square dance partner with her husband Squeak in the Square Knots and Polka Dots Club. They joined friends on road trips to country fairs, bluegrass and country music festivals. She loved to "go for a ride" nurtured by nature's panorama and the soothing beauty of country living. She knew and loved Jesus Christ as her Lord, finding strength in her faith. Most recently Terry lived at the Country Villa, a retirement home in Bangor, where she enjoyed the company of staff and residents, social activities, church services and musical entertainment. Her ongoing health challenges this year ended with her Savior's merciful intervention on Christmas night. Eternal peace, comfort and love are the perfect gift. Terry was predeceased by her beloved husband of 63 years Stephen (Squeak) Watson of Levant; parents Elsie and Harry Terrill of Glenburn. She will also reunite with two half sisters, a sister-in-law, two brothers-in-law, several nieces and nephews, and many friends. She will be forever missed and eternally in the hearts of her four children Stephen Watson and husband Brad Blake of Scarborough, Darlene Lambert of Sidney, Donna Walp of Levant, and Diane Watson of Howland; four grandchildren Kathryn Joy-Henry, Stephen Joy, Eliza Walp and Annika Blake-Howland; three great-grandchildren Nicholas Dunn, Megan Joy, and Daryn Morris; Dear forever friend Betty Davis. A graveside service for family will take place in the spring at Pleasant View Cemetery, Kelley Rd., Glenburn.
